Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, this contemporary Spanish home underwent an extensive renovation under the detailed eye of the client, an avid antique and art collector. The garden design has a Moroccan vernacular using many antique tiles, reclaimed East Indian doors and French limestone fountains, benches and paving to create a rich patina of age. A raised spa was added to the existing swimming pool design and faced with antique Tunisian tile. A shade pavilion was installed with retractable cloth panels, a fire-feature, curtains and lush fabric lounges. All work was performed by licensed landscape contractors.
